With a strategic Mid-Peninsula location close to Stanford University and the Stanford Research Park, Menlo Park Labs has easy access to all major freeways and is just minutes from three international airports, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and the East Bay. The campus spans more than 50 acres and 18 buildings, in a modern, carefully planned, park-like environment with abundant landscaping, ample parking, and excellent amenities.

We also walk the walk with our award-winning Menlo Park Rides green program, encouraging public transportation with shuttle service from BART, Caltrain and San Francisco. On campus are shared bikes for tenants’ use plus 200 electric car charging stations.
